This warranty is for products manufactured by Products on Demand.
Other products sold on 
are warranted by the manufacturers.
Warranty coverage
is for manufacturer's defects and excludes
globes and/or parts
damaged by vandalism.
This warranty gives the original purchaser specific
legal rights. You may also have
other rights, which vary depending on your state, province, or country of
residence.
Products on Demand offers the following warranty on
products they manufacture:

For
the life of this product, if this product is
determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Products on Demand will,
at its option, repair or replace the product.
This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or
inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification or misuse.
For the purpose of this warranty, the date of purchase is defined as the
date that the product is delivered to the shipper or transportation company for
delivery to the original purchaser. This
warranty is to the original purchaser and is NOT transferable.

Lifetime
limited warranty on the coin mechanism
against defects in materials and workmanship.
In the event that repair or
replacement of defective or non-conforming product is required pursuant to this
limited warranty, the purchaser shall contact Products on Demand for a Warranty
Authorization Number (WAN). No
warranty work can be performed unless a WAN has been issued. The purchaser should include with the product being returned
a note with their name, return ship address, description of the problem,
method of payment for return shipping charges, phone number and the WAN
on the return packaging and then deliver the allegedly defective or
non-conforming product to manufacturer at manufacturer’s place of business in
Idaho Falls, Idaho or such other place as manufacturer may, from time to time,
designate.
Repaired or replacement products or the products
returned in the event that no defect or non-conformance shall be found to exist,
shall be returned to purchaser, with the return shipping to be paid by
Purchaser. Purchaser shall bear all risk of loss to the products following delivery to the
shipper or transport company by manufacturer at manufacturer’s place of
business. Purchaser shall purchase, at its sole expense, adequate insurance to
cover the value of the products contained in each such shipment.
In order to obtain warranty service, the original
purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of a dated invoice as
evidence that the unit is within the warranty period. The serial number of each machine must match the serial
number printed on the dated invoice or dated packing list. THIS WARRANTY IS INVALID IF THE FACTORY APPLIED SERIAL NUMBER
HAS BEEN ALTERED OR REMOVED FROM THE PRODUCT.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or
damage due to acts of God, exposure to outside elements, accident, misuse,
abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to, any part of the product.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or
maintenance or any attempted repair by anyone other than Products on Demand.
This warranty is valid only in the United States.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND, EXCEPT
AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. PRODUCTS ON DEMAND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
MANUFACTURER OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING FROM, THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, OR USE OF THE
PRODUCTS, OR ANY ACCOMPANYING MANUALS OR RELATED MATERIALS.
SOME STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS
OF HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. HOWEVER, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS IS LIMITED TO
THE ONE YEAR DURATION OF PRODUCTS ON DEMAND'S WARRANTY.
